Adapted from the recipe on the side of the jar.
Okay, so these are officially the easiest peanut butter cookies on the face of the planet… and they taste incredible, too!
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
~1/6 cup egg white
1 tsp flour
1/4 cup peanut butter chips
handful of chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 325°. While the oven is preheating, bash these all together in a mixing bowl. Roll about a tablespoonful of dough between your hands for each cookie, making a little ball, and smoosh them with a fork so that you get that signature tic-tac-toe look. Cook for about 12 minutes on a regular old pan, or until done… do not overcook! They’ll look underdone, but if the bottom is slightly browned, then they’re fine.
Really, this recipe is kind of a slap-dash deal… I’ll often just skip the chips altogether, because Mum doesn’t like them, and they’re still just as awesome. Make them now! It only takes, like, 20 minutes!
